Emilie in Customer Service was hands down, the BEST Customer Service person I’ve ever had. Each one of her responses to my inquiries were dealt with understanding, compassion, and courtesy that was beyond gracious. I was kept informed about a back order that was Chilewich’s response to a suppliers quality issue that THEY noticed and therefore didn’t pass it on to the consumer to deal with. That was enlightening about the quality this company strives for (and achieves). Excellent customer service and care!
