Levity

emails were frequent but not annoyingly so. instruction email was great, very easy to follow

The idea of washable but very nicely made covers, designed to be stain resistant and easy to change, is brilliant. As a pet owner, I really appreciate the practicality of the covers and furniture, but more than that, I also appreciate how nice they look when on. The cushions are tops; the furniture is comfortable. Assembly is easiest with two people but one person can do it alone, too.

Chair arrived prior to expected date. Assembly was easy and the instructions were clear &!easy to follow.

I ordered 4 Scandinavian dining chairs. I had a few mishaps with cracked sidebar & screw sockets, but replacement parts were sent quickly. Once fully assembled, the chairs are PERFECT. The match my decor and are my "forever" dining chairs.

Easy ordering and return process went smooth.
