The product and concept is great. The interchangeable covers allow you to play with bold colors and patterns without the fear and burden of long term commitment normally associated with furniture shopping. It also allows for easy seasonal switches. What is prompting me to write the review, however, is the customer service. I ordered the incorrect type of extra ottoman cover and someone PROACTIVELY reached out to let me know! They saved me money and a headache this coming fall when changing out the covers. Then while they corrected my error they accidentally canceled another part of my order. It didn’t change anything with the delivery time, they apologized profusely, and discounted my order. A top notch customer service experience.

Samples came fast but chairs took a little longer than I expected. Nice chairs, though: seem strong, washable yay!

Had my eye on these chairs for awhile. They met my expectations and customer service was helpful when one of the covers didn't fit quite right. I reached out and within a couple hours they were on it! Custom made a new set for me. I did have to wait a couple weeks but the new set fit wonderfully. I have washed the set, it washes up beautifully. The slip covers fit well out of the box, but do need some time to relax and minor adjustments on occasion. Swivel is super smooth and seat cushion is firm but comfy. Very pleased with this purchase. Love the idea of being able to change out the covers if I decide to add color or something seasonal.

My new coffee table was packaged very well and there was no damage.
