Customer service was awesome. Sent me extra hardware after I threw mine away accidentally. Went above and beyond.

I ordered the campo swivel lounge chair and was immediately impressed with its design. It is extremely comfy and well made. I ordered it a color that unfortunately did not match my decor but the service team was very happy to assist and exchange the slipcover for an alternate color. Everything is made to order so the only down side is the wait but well worth it. Five stars!

The table came with some scratcheson the top. I took pictures and emails customer service. They responded quickly and gave me three options. I chose to replace the top. I received notification that it is already on the way. I am blown away by the professionalism and quality of customer service. Because of their quick response to resolve the issue, I have ordered two additional side tables for the living room.
