I have nothing but, good to say!!! The customer service is second, to none!! When I ordered a medium, tower stle crystal, I was super excited to see it, for it was a Christmas gift for my dad, who just lost his 15-year-old dog, and best friend. 3 days later, when it arrived, it was a brick style, not what I ordered! Christmas was 13 days away! So, I emailed customer service, explaining the importance of fixing the problem asap, with in an hour, I was surprised to see a return email stating, "we will look into your order asap" Shortly after thanking them, another email came stating " They would send another crystal as I ordered it, to discard or keep the first one they sent. Needless to say, it arrived, as I ordered it, a little more than 24 hours after final email.... WOW !!! I was able to mail it north and make it by Christmas... My father was in tears, when he opened his gift!! Great product, and even better customer service! Thank you, from a very happy customer

Quick turnaround. I was surprised to receive it so promptly.

It is an excellent product, very well received, although somewhat expensive. On the plus side, it was well packed, and my wife is delighted.
