I was very happy with the online store but they wouldn't deliver outside the Melbourne suburbs. I had it sent to a friends house. I would have been happy to pay more. Now I have to source someone else to deliver it to my home. I'm 50 minutes from Cranbourne.

I think I drove Scott mad with my constant emails & it was all about another company. I believe you should offer an unpacking service (& charge) the package was so heavy it was impossible for me to move it. Took 2 days to remove the outer packaging & a day to put the chair together. Ty he couches are great, but they are not made by CASA Vida. The communication from customer service however was like getting blood out of. Stone - and really unfriendly and unhelpful

Such a long wait for a coffee table. I probably won’t bother again. They’ve been lovely to deal with though. I can’t talk about the deliver as I don’t get the table until October some time.
