I had to wait a little longer than expected but that was due to the holiday period and it was well communicated

Communication was good, we picked up from the Epping store, finding the warehouse was a bit confusing as the name of the site is different and the gate number they directed us to wasn't on the gate. The staff were helpful and prompt.

Took quite a bit longer for delivery, but suspect that was because of the time of year and specials they had on at the time. TV unit is perfect and solidly built.
