Not only was i excited to order The One, Casper gave me the option of arranging for the old mattress to be picked up. This was affordable, based on prices in Florida. . and disposal would have been a huge hang up. Just so easy. And. . truly. . best mattress ever. Buy one. . you won't be sorry.

Excellent service. We were in a hurry and called ahead, rapidly tried 4 mattresses and made a purchase, all in the half hour before the store closed. We packed it all in our small car, took it home and assembled it that evening

There was a delay with shipping due to popularity during a sale lol but customer service (chat) was so incredibly helpful & efficient with explaining the situation, sharing solutions, & providing updates.

Just a GREAT pillow. The oversized pillow for my king bed is awesome. Considering one for my husband and kids. Worth the money.
