Store sales person was very helpful, and encouraged me to try out the product in the store prior to purchase.

Our mattress arrived quickly, unpacked and expanded rapidly to queen size within a couple of minutes. It was ready to snooze on immediately.

We purchased a Casper Dream Max mattress since my wife has had an aching hip for several years and we hoped a new mattress would help. We got the Dream Max since it was rated well in consumer reports for side sleepers. We are very happy with the purchase as she now wakes up with no hip pain at all most of the time. As an added bonus I had been dealing with shoulder pain that has significantly reduced since the new mattress.
