I had been delivered a bad pan in my shipment and I have emailed them 3 times and no response at all.

I ordered a full set of pots and pans. One of the pots came with the loose handle so I reached out to customer service a couple times to see if there was a way to resolve the issue. I received no response after weeks of waiting. I was excited about the set but I am turned off by the lack of customer service.

Never got shipped. Terrible way to run business
