I ordered the 10 piece granite set 3 week ago and still not delivered, I messaged you for a tracking number No response??? Message customer service and got no response???? This is a terrible company!

Have you ever purchased items that you never received and then were asked what you think about them? Yes, Carote had the nerve to send me a request for review after telling me that they don't have any 12" Frying Pans in stock. I had purchased 2 of these Frying Pans on-line and they have never sent them or refunded my money for them. I am having a difficult time going thru PayPal at this time to have them intervene on my behalf, to get my money refunded. Please do yourself a favor and NOT order any items from the Carote Website as I made the mistake of doing!
