Worst ever

Could not get them on phone to resolve it

You told me after you charged my credit card that the item was back ordered for 20 weeks. I ordered them at twice the price from eBay that day. Two days later I found out that you had actually shipped my order.

Poor customer service. After reaching out after weeks of waiting for my order, I learned my product was damaged in shipment-it would be reshipped. I again waited weeks to receive my product. Service might work for a diy shop but it does not work for a business! They made no effort to even offer any compensation for their lack of support.

Horrible customer service! They won’t inform you if your purchase is on back order when you call to check the status of your order the people are rude and sarcastic. They’ll say the order will ship by today and you’ll have to call a week later to find it’s still not shipped.. After being told the product was on a 8-10 week back order it magically came in 2 days after threatening to reverse the payment.. Back orders are understandable, the lack of customer support and communication is not. I’ll gladly spend the extra few dollars with a properly ran business that’s cares about their customers. Unfortunately carbide processors isn’t one of those businesses.
