Product is outstanding but shipping could use some attention.

Item we ordered was backordered for quite a long time, but they did communicate well with us as a customer.

The order arrived in a timely fashion, but I could only go 4 stars because of shipping options to Canada. For decades I have avoided UPS cross border shipping to Canada, and would prefer the options of USPS and Fedex. This is due to UPS always adding brokerage charges that the other two do not. Lucas Blade - $257.57 USD Shipping and handling - $106.45 USD UPS BROKERAGE FEE RIP OFF - $117.02 USD In future please offer alternatives to the much hated UPS delivery. thanks you

Had to call to get order shipped but was taken care of quickly

Product took a little longer than expected to arrive, but not a big issue. Product looks well made and I will be using it extensively in a large (1:8) scale model build.
