Great service, everything is packaged very well

I don't always like being prompted to do things/write reviews but I like that you actually are going to send a coupon with some real value to me as opposed to like a sweepstakes where I "might" win 10% off

I placed 4 orders and everything was fine except for one small issue on the underside of one of the trays. Their customer service handled the situation quickly and professionally. I was very pleased. 99% of my order came in perfect condition. So well packaged.

I love Caraway products. They are beautiful but also provide a healthier way to prepare my meals.
