We honestly grill out 3-4 times a week and at least a few times a month smoke a brisket or something larger. This is the perfect set for this purpose. The best part is the storage case, as all the knives fit perfectly. While I don’t anticipate “traveling” with the kit, if I did, this would really be a great benefit. Would highly recommend.
