Extremely sharp knives. I have been using the L-Series for 3 years now and love them. Last purchase was to add this one to the set. I have also had to deal with their customer service department on a separate occasion and will say they are top notch in resolving any warrantee issues.

These knives are exceptional. They are top-notch, great quality, and beautiful once you go with Cangshan you can’t go back.
