Service was good, there was a little problem with the packing peanuts stuck to my candles that I had to remove and once I brought it to their attention they made it right with me so I believe customer service is good. A darn sight better than what's out there right now people don't care anymore it's every man for himself. And these people seem to care so that counts.

One lid was broken in shipment. They replaced it with a new candle immediately. You can’t beat service like that.
