Shipping was pretty good, but customer service response was quite fast until I asked to process a return. I have not heard back for days.

I haven’t received my order yet even though it was suppose to be here yesterday and now it says I won’t receive it until Monday. I am very disappointed with the shipping delays. I have always received my order within a few days of ordering but this order has been very late.

I never received the order and was late for a party. Pretty disappointing.
