Shipping to Canada is pretty quick. Can't control the border tie ups! Having issues with out of stock items but who isn't at this point?! We will continue to buy from them:)

Shipping was good, a little bit of a delay but thats okay. We had great customer service because we were unable to add as many as I needed to the cart but they were quick to fix that. Other than that, the damaged tumblers were the only thing that was a bit disappointing. We do love the Polar Pro
