The chair is absolutely perfect. Comfortable and beautiful and a new fought-over favourite in our house. But even better than all that was my experience with customer service. An unavoidable circumstance meant that the chair we ordered arrived damaged. Accidents happen. But it’s how this company handled it that makes me a customer for life. My service rep Rainer was not only genuinely sympathetic, but also proactive, responsive, efficient, appreciative, and just a real human about the whole thing. Of the options presented, I chose to have my chair replaced. Monte prioritized the work and let us use the damaged piece in the meanwhile. I wasn’t charged a thing for the exchange, and as stated, the new chair is perfection in chair form. Thank you Monte and Rainer. If word of mouth counts for anything these days, I’m on a mission to drum you up some more happy customers-for-life like me.
