Great experience with Monte! Swatches came promptly and the chair was delivered earlier then expected with updates along the way. So happy with the chair, it is our favourite space in the nursery!

Customer Service was very helpful providing manufacturing updates and chair was delivered 2 weeks earlier than estimated!

Our only negative point is that the bed arrived two days ahead of schedule without warning. An early delivery would have been great, except that we were out of town (we had planned our return based on the bed's arrival). Our neighbourhood currently has someone stealing packages from front doors, so it caused us to rush home early to make sure nothing went missing. I would recommend speaking to the carrier to make sure they honour their quoted dates, or at least contact customers when there will be a change. Aside from that, everything was smooth and easy. All Monte employees we communicated with were lovely and the final product is wonderful!
