The timeline estimate and actual delivery were inline. Received my electronic notice of shipment and it was delivered according to that. Overall I felt informed and satisfied with the speed of delivery and packaging.

Took a leap of faith and purchased this seat from online without seeing it in person. Well it has lived up to the quality I’d expect. When I saw the weight of this chair I was worried it wouldn’t be strong, but it can basically support an adult and I believe the reviews that it’s put up with lots of abuse keeping its shape. All of the kids enjoy it as a chair, and more, so another might be in the future. The seat cushion is removable making the height easier for the smallest to sit in easy. One issue I’ve seen is the cushion is slightly oversized hanging just over the front of the chair. Due to the overhang sometimes the cushion pops right out when the kids sit too far forward or when first getting in the seat. This is a small issue and we’re still very happy with this practical and fun addition to the kids room.

We easily assembled our newly delivered day bed and trundle. It looks perfect in our guest room. The upholstery and trim were the colours we chose and are high quality. Although Nono W has slept on the bed telethon, we tested it out and it’s very comfy. It is a big success!

Ready earlier than the estimate and shipping was quick. Only complaint was delivery was outside the provided time window and they did not update me about this.
