The track id was wrong on the page. So I received it but on the website, it was telling me that the package has not been picked up yet. Other than that, it was great.

It works really well, came fully assembled which is great. It's fairly stable when I'm standing, monitors wobble a little when I'm typing but not enough to be an issue. It's great to be able to switch from sitting to standing so easily - the mechanism is perfect. Works as advertised, bottom line. Shipping was fast and it was thoughtfully packaged to avoid potential damage. The only downsides - There's a panel behind the keyboard tray which, when the varidesk is all the way down, sits about 1" above the actual desk. This is the only space for wires to run from below the desk (pictured) and it's really tight - I immediately damaged an HDMI cord the first time I put the varidesk all the way down. There's a support bar all the way at the back which sticks out further than the back of the feet or the back of the monitor platform. It has screws sticking out of it, so if your desk is against a wall and you're not careful you can put holes in the wall when you put it down all the way, even though every part you can see has clearance. You have to check where the front of the feet are positioned on the desk so that you can be sure it hasn't shifted backward a little while standing, before putting it back down. Overall very happy and would recommend for sure - my back feels a lot better just by moving from sitting to standing a couple of times per day.

We have several VariDesk converters in our office. So sturdy and trusty. Have never had a big problem with them. One spring broke in transit and customer service was amazing and prompt to send a replacement. The 30” desk is great. Unfortunately my desk isn’t very deep (24”) so the keyboard tray overhangs about 5.5”, which isn’t a dealbreaker, it’s still sturdy and not in my way. I couldn’t have gone any bigger however. We have since ordered three more for our office - we love them!
