The package came very beat up. We have to ship it back . I e don’t have enough head room apparently😢

It took repeated inquiries to determine when the product might be delivered. Customer service is underwhelming. Product itself looks good, but quality is less than expected.

Instructions and screws were not provided. The paint is chipped off on some parts.

Ordered 2 wall sconces for $500 in February and received an email end of May to advise that it had been delivered. Order was shipped to New York and got lost in transit. Finally shipped end of May. The quality wasn’t great but they still looked nice. When electrician installed the lights, the round glass balls didn’t screw in properly (kept turning) Had to purchase other lights. Called and emailed company for return….2 months later, still waiting.
