Very helpful sorted my order on the phone

Have been looking for pipe collars to match flooring which ‘flooring online’ had and now fitted are a great match. However, £8.50 postage for a standard A5 envelope is extremely expensive… and should be reviewed, hence the 4 stars not 5.

After having an issue with delivery, which was the courier's fault, my order was received in good condition, the actual transaction was easy.
