The sales person was excellent! Quick and easy exchange on mixup in product

I previously wrote a review …. love it, but wish the drawer opened all the way out. Too much wasted space.

Everything went well but took a little while. The shipment was made in two steps as they forgot to initially send everything in one step

The product is great. Just as expected. The packaging was terrible but the product survived. The follow up (delivery communication) was not proactive but e we Jen questioned they responded professionally.

I'm still waiting for mirror I ordered 7 weeks ago.
