Company doesn’t respond to issues
I bought my first Brooklyn candles in February. Since then, between me & my husband, we placed two more orders, most recently from the sale. My “misprint” reed diffuser arrived not misprinted, but with a big, jagged chip in the glass that I discovered because it almost cut me when I opened it. I took my time to write a really nice email, photo included, just stating that I wish the diffuser was correctly marked damaged instead of misprinted, so I would have opened it more cautiously. That was two weeks ago and Brooklyn Candle Studio has just ignored me. That is in stark contrast to the almost instantaneous response that I received when I emailed a question about an item. I wasn’t expecting anything, but acknowledging me would have been nice. I won’t be purchasing from BCS again due to this; I work too hard for my money to spend it where I am not valued as a customer.
