I can't say enough about the outstanding customer service. I placed my first Order and there was an issue with my local post office and it wasn't being delivered despite multiple calls. I contacted BCS and they had a replacement order shipped immediately -- just outstanding -- and good business practice. I will continue to be loyal customer -- in a competitive market -- not only because of the great product -- but also the outstanding customer service. Loved my candles and want to purchase again; however I did not receive a shipping confirmation email (so I had no way to track my order) and then one day I came home from work and their service delivery had left the box outside for anyone to take.
