The seat came a month before needed for a bathroom remodel. When it was installed, I couldn't have been happier. As I also own a Toto Washlet, I can say without qualification that the Swash is a superior product, in my opinion.

My previous Swash stopped working after 6 yrs. Was able to get great discount on replacement. Supposed to be installable by homeowner but they need to be able bodied,flexible and have some basic repair skills.
