I had a significant defect that was gradually appearing in my X30. My pit is four years old. They immediately shipped a replacement and scheduled the pick up of the defective item. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such outstanding service. Of course their products are incredible as well. I have the fire pit, the chairs, and a bunch of accessories.
