Curbside delivery arrived quicker than expected. Contractor was impressed with how well it was packed. No damage! He was able to put it together in a day and commented on how well the directions were written and easy to follow. It looks wonderful and I am very pleased. This is for a guest room and the mattress is very comfortable.

Bed is beautiful and insulation was done perfect by the installers. . Haven’t sleep in it yet. . It is expensive but wanted a top notch piece of furniture .

We really like the queen horizontal metropolitan Murphy bed. Having the option of a horizontal Murphy bed was awesome! The quality of the bed seems great. Putting it together did take some time and having 3 people to work on it was definitely helpful. The online videos of assembly were also extremely helpful. Definitely recommend!

All contact with company was exceptional. Two minor questions during assembly were answered immediately. The bed arrived as scheduled and undamaged. Printed assembly instructions were clear and straight forward. You will need two people for a few steps. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase and customer service. Would I buy another? Yes
