Everything about this purchase was exceptional! The initial contact was professional and cordial, which led to color swatches for the cabinet. The delivery took longer than I thought, but sadly that is a symptom of the times we live in. In reality, to custom-build the bed to order, and have it to me in the time it took, was incredible. The shipment was well packaged, and arrived with no damage. The instruction manual is one of the most thorough and well thought out and written I’ve ever seen in a product this complex. The only issue I had was installing the springs. I eventually found it easier to remove the factory-installed springs and to start from scratch. Beyond that, the project went very well. The bed is a welcome addition to my office/guest room. Thank you!

I had an easy time reaching out and getting my questions answered via email prior to installation, and Joe and the team installed very quickly. Great overall experience, and happy with the bed!

The bed is amazing. Good quality and looks nice. The assembly is difficult but the instructions are clear and accurate, especially with the amount of time it takes.
