With Covid, I needed to re-purpose my guest room but didn’t want to sacrifice a real mattress. This bed is the solution! It looks great, is super sturdy and very quiet when pulling down. When many other vendors were out of stock or raising prices, this bed did the trick. It came on time and the installation service was great! Well worth the extra cost. All in all, I’m very very happy and have received many compliments from people on my video calls. I should also note that the customer service was great and provided me some very quick responses on some questions I had.

The set up was not too bad. I was able to do it by myself in around 4 hours, (breaks included to watch the game) Another set of hands would have made the assembly easier. It's beautiful. It pulls out easily. It's engineered well and to last. The color goes well with our decor.

We ordered this bed and expected it to be nice based on the previous reviews. When it arrived and we had a couple of employees put it together, we were really amazed how sturdy and well made the bed is. It looks like a piece of very nice furniture when it’s not pulled down as a bed. We love it so much, we’re going to order more for our cabin and to place in a second room in our home. Thanks so much for exceeding our already high expectations.

Everything about this purchase was exceptional! The initial contact was professional and cordial, which led to color swatches for the cabinet. The delivery took longer than I thought, but sadly that is a symptom of the times we live in. In reality, to custom-build the bed to order, and have it to me in the time it took, was incredible. The shipment was well packaged, and arrived with no damage. The instruction manual is one of the most thorough and well thought out and written I’ve ever seen in a product this complex. The only issue I had was installing the springs. I eventually found it easier to remove the factory-installed springs and to start from scratch. Beyond that, the project went very well. The bed is a welcome addition to my office/guest room. Thank you!
