I SET IT UP. IT TOOK A WHILE, BUT ALL WENT GOOD. THE HORIZONTAL BED LOOKS NICE AND IT FITS MY NEED. THANK FOR TALKING WITH ME BEFORE THE PURCHASE, YOU PUT MY MIND AT EASE.

Assembling and installing took the better part of a Saturday afternoon and evening (and I’m pretty handy with tools), but the process was very well documented and parts were labeled to make it foolproof. Only issue: The short video links in the written doc led to errors but a quick google search led to the right video anyway.

This bed is just as advertised, we used a handyman, it arrived on the day scheduled and looks great. It is very cost effective.

I have not finished putting the bed together. Since I received the bed, I have done everything, by myself, aside from uplifting the cabinet off the floor (where it was assembled). All total, it’s has probably taken only two hours, as I am working on it when I have time. I encountered a problem, of my own fault, during assembly of the bed cabinet & hutches. I dropped a piece onto a shelf & destroyed the shelf beyond repair. I contacted customer service & told them what had happened & to please send me a replacement piece. I received an email that, they would have the piece made & sent to me, at no cost to me. I have not received the piece, but it has only been 4 days since I contacted them. So far, I have had nothing but an excellent experience! Highly recommend, if you are considering a Murphy Bed

High quality bed. Looks and performs great. Follow directions and you will have no problems.
