Den fåtölj jag beställd var tydligen en utgående produkt och lagersaldot var fel så jag fick en ”nyare” variant. Fick då betala 200kr ytterligare och när vi sen ställde upp möblerna var det en annan färg på dynorna

I still have not received everything I ordered before Christmas. I ordered three chairs, a stool and a small table for our balcony. When I ordered, everything was in stock. One of the three chairs was of a different model year and looked different from the other two, and after chasing BraSommarmöbler for a few days, and explaining what had happened, they would send a new one, this took another week. When I at last got the right chair, they had sent the wrong cushion to the chair, and I still have not received it ... You can hope that they send some kind of "plaster on the wounds” gift card or something.

Besviken på att vara så snåla och otrevliga. Aldrig kommer jag att återvända till er.

Beställde i somras och har fortfarande inte fåttt alla delar. Leverans av sista delen var förväntad till igår eller idag men har inte hört något…. Så antar att den inte kommer nu heller. Aldrig lagt ned så mycket tid på att jaga leverans efter genomfört köp. Känns otroligt frustrerande.
