I tried to sent back the wrong sheet that I ordered and nobody came back to me until now. I think they need to work on customer service.

Communication is beyond a joke. I ordered 3 items and have been sent the wrong colour and only 1 item! I have sent emails continuously to try and resolve the matter to be told that the colour I ordered is now out of stock and I will have to wait until stock is replenished. I placed my ordered in December and it’s now mid February! I have asked for a phone number to speak directly to someone but this has not been provided and I get an email response of about 1 in 3 emails sent! I definitely won’t be ordering from Boori again!

Extremely poor customer service. There

Extremely poor customer service. There is no way to contact Boori directly. I have submited the enquiry form and also have written a separated e-mail and I never got a response from Boori. Very dissapointed! Things they sell are not cheap to be such irresponsible.

Poor. Charged £15.50 for free shipping. Postage marked as 59p. Customer service fobbed me off and ignored me. Disappointing experience.
