I ordered this Bonsai Tree as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter so it was very cold outside during the delivery process. It was well-packed but still, it had lost almost every leaf and I was sure it was dead. Customer service assured me that new leaves would sprout within a couple weeks (I had my doubts). But lo and behold, a month later it has many many new leaves and we are delighted with the tree’s resilience.

Excellent quality.

It arrived in good condition and my bonsai teacher commented on how well it’s branches were set up for future success.

Beautiful pots, and really like how it comes In complete with soil. My two bonsai will be so happy in their new pots
