Unfortunately, my large wood chain broke during transit, but the customer service Bloomist has shown to amend the issue has been fabulous! They emailed me back the same day and they are sending me a new chain as soon as more are back in stock. I also purchased the small wood chain and it is beautiful! Thank you for your excellent customer support. It’s a breath of fresh air compared to dealing with some larger companies that seem to forget what customer service is!

Nice heavy duty cloche. Definitely feels like it’s made well. It is recycled glass so it’s not a uniform thickness, but I like that look and it adds to the uniqueness of the piece. Definitely happy with this purchase.
