Sizing guide is way off

Took over a week to receive the order due to the shipment being stuck at a Ups facility because of an address glitch. We have been ordering from Bishop for over 30 years and usually get a shipment the next day!

I received only the handle and no rake head. I was very disappointed. Was this a mistake or a very deceptive description of what I was actually purchasing.
