Customer service sucks they never get back with you

Not so good. I ordered some Arbortec Scafell Lite Black Chainsaw Boots in a size 10. 5 from you during Cyber Monday and before ordering I called your customer service number to ask about the size I was ordering. I was informed by your representative that the size I was ordering was in your stock and that I would be receiving a 10. 5 size. Upon receiving my order I was sent a size 11 which if I wanted a size 11 and would’ve ordered a size 11 from Barlett Arborist Supply for about $50 cheaper with their Cyber Monday promotion. I chose to buy from Bishop because I thought I was getting the 10. 5 size. So to end it I was not happy by your misleading advertisement of shoe sizes and me missing out on a better price deal with another company.

Shipping was delayed. When I reached out I heard nothing back. Not to mention I was bamboozled by your posting
