Part of my order arrived damaged and no one replied to the email about it.

Purchase Stodard helmets . Order shields. Wasn’t notified at POS of 3 week delay plus shipping delays Site should call out items not in stock .

Placed an order in November for climbing gear, ropes, and signs. Got the final items from my order in February. Saddles came in 2-3 weeks. A couple ropes and lanyards a couple weeks later, a couple of the signs 3-4 weeks after the last shipment. February I finally got my bull rope. Bishop co does not reply to emails.

Product was ok...just took long time. 7 days to process the order and another 7 for delivery.

Shipping took way too long. Waited months to get product
