I love the packaging and idea behind it! But the wipes are small and don’t work very well.

I wish fulfillment of refills was a bit faster however this could be an issue with the shipper not Biom. I also wish there was an add on to you subscription feature. for example I would like to be able to purchase just the container not that I need another but they are so cute I would love to switch out colors seasonally ! light pink would be great for spring! Also seasonal scents would be a great add on, such as plumeria or coconut for summer etc.

Absolutely love this concept! The design of the wipe container is elegant, practical and beautiful. Feels great to know that I'm helping the environment and reducing my plastic footprint. My only suggestion would be to make the wipes a little bit bigger. They're on the smaller side so if you're cleaning a big mess you need to use several. Shipping is great. The containers and wet wipes come in very beautiful, sturdy, and recyclable boxes. The containers are beautiful. Love the magnetic clasp. The wet wipes smell good. But I wish the wipes are wetter so I can clean a bigger surface with one wipe. It’s a bit too dry and dries up too quick.
