Mattress arrived on time in perfect condition. Customer service was very helpful with my questions.

A great American company who manufactures their own quality products. Customer service was also very friendly and helpful.

Excellent so far

From start to finish, my experience with this mattress has been very positive. Shipping and Delivery: The shipping process was excellent. The mattress arrived on time, well-packaged, and in great condition. There were no issues with delays or damage, which immediately gave me confidence in the company’s reliability. Unboxing: I’ll be honest—the unboxing process was a bit difficult. The mattress is heavy and tightly compressed, so it does take some effort to maneuver and open safely. I would definitely recommend having a second person to help with this step. That said, this is expected with a high-quality, dense mattress, so it wasn’t a dealbreaker. Setup: Once unboxed, the setup was surprisingly easy. The mattress expanded quickly and didn’t require much effort beyond placing it where I wanted it. Within a short time, it was ready to use, which made the process smooth overall. Comfort and Performance: This mattress is very firm—firmer than what I would typically choose. If I had the option again, I might consider the pillow-top version for a little more softness. However, the firmness is what makes this mattress incredibly supportive. It’s especially well-suited for a bigger person. The structure is solid, and you don’t feel like you’re sinking or losing support at any point. It provides a stable, balanced surface that holds up well no matter how you move. One of the most impressive things is how sturdy it feels—you can move around freely, and it maintains its shape and support without any issues. Overall Impression: Overall, I have no real complaints. Despite the challenging unboxing, everything else—from delivery to performance—has been excellent. This mattress is clearly built for durability and support. If you prefer a softer, plush feel, you may want to consider a pillow-top option. But if you’re looking for a strong, reliable mattress that offers excellent support and can handle weight and movement with confidence, this is a great choice.
