Half of my dough was defrosted

Made the first pizzas this past weekend. I think the oven worked great. We need to work on technique as the pizza stuck a bit but next time I think it will be better. Can't wait to try it again. Definitely awesome to have both gas to heat it up quick, and wood to add flavor.
