Excellent customer service from Eric Thomas! This company way exceeded my expectations; answered my email the next day, sent a replacement Grande immediately, with expedited shipping. I put it together in less than 10 minutes. The oven is absolutely beautiful, and looks like it will last. It’s a bit of a learning curve to get it to light, and I watched several YouTube videos to get tips on sliding the pizza onto the hot stone, but even my first pizza came out with a beautiful “leopard” char! It’s so cool that you can use multiple fuels to bake the pizza- heat the pizza stone to 900 with propane, then turn it to med-low, and add a chunk of wood or mesquite for that smoky taste. My friends immediately ordered me a digital thermometer and are clamoring for pizza parties!
