Excellent customer service. Pour stone broke, so I hastily ordered a new one as company was coming that next weekend. I emailed and told them the stone was broken and they offered to replace it. When i got the stone I ordered it was too small. Bertello not only paid for me to return it to them, but sent me the correct size at no charge ( and they refunded my hasty purchase). This company is top notch!! Also, the pizza oven itself is amazing!!

I have all positive comments to make about both the product and customer service. When I received my oven there was an issue that I needed resolving. What a quick response to my query. Also, the issue was resolved beyond what i expected. The product works great. The On line videos are so helpful to get started. We researched other pizza ovens and decided on this one. We are not disappointed!

My family purchased me a oven for fathers day and I hade an Issue with it so I emailed their corporate office. They responded in 30 min not 2 weeks later like other companies. I told them the problem and sent them proof of purchase and BAM!! I hade a new one on my front door step. And their Pizza Ovens are Fantastic !!!
