Store staff helpful. Item had small amount of damage when unpacked but Customer Service team arranged a replacement efficiently. All contact was very professional and timely. Replacement item was delivered,unpacked, checked and packaging removed by the Customer Service team member. Very happy!

I brought Hypnos Cambridge plush frim Alexandria store few two months ago . Service at the store was fantastic , the manager of the store his name Perry is great sale man will give you all the right informations and let you decided without pushing you . The storey with Beds and dreams began when they nominated the delivery day i couldn't do ot due to my work roster , so i asked to orgnise the delivery to the Alexandria store on sutrday 28/04/2018 i received a call from the store saying your mattress has arrived i was so excited couldn't wait to finsh work and orgnise removlest to bring it home , but they call me back bringing the bad news my mattress is damaged so it had to be send back to the factory , i was so angry because i will be sleeping again on the carpet as i get rid of my old mattress . However, the store rang me apologising and promised to deliver it with out any fees . On the same week the mattress has delivered and i didn't pay money for the delivery .the mattress worth every Penny i paid for it came in luxuries package, but it was very little wear on the bottom side of the mattress , i took a photo of it and sent an email to the office , i had every things from mattress protocter to bed sheets to put on and was so happy tp lay down on my new mattress . However , i a fussy person this little wear on the bottom stuck in mind , i thought it might be when the bulit the mattress the bottom cought a rough surface , howerver , i enjoyed many great nights sleeping on the mattress and even i forget about the little wear on the bottom it is very hard to be noticed . Guess what ......................... three days ago the head office of beads&dreams rang me saying we will exchange it for you . And the new mattress cam today still in the plastic bag waiting a mate to give me hand to unwrapped it . I highly recommended Beds&Dreams products and i highly do appreciated their sincere service.
