Service by the lady in store was excellent. Store policy needs a review however for click collect

Polite, efficient staff and delivery persons

Great second or spare mattress or mattress for teenager. Using as main bed as cost effective and was comfortable enough but added a thick mattress topper and I’m perfectly comfortable. Wonderful for budget friendly spend and good quality. Much better than spending $1-2k and no less comfortable than a costly mattress.
