Everyone I spoke to were so very helpful, I needed the bed asap due to my very ill husband coming home from hospital. Delivery guys were also amazing

One day shipping service is good but it’s outsourced from other company. When I called the Hawthorn shop, they have no clue about the shipment update, so we just need to wait with patience. The delivery time frame should be improved, not making it too wide between 8am to 5pm, as it’s really hard to juggle work and the delivery.

Tempur Mattress protector was easy to order on line & good value. Arrived super fast too. Really pleased with the product.
