I purchased an Insignia mattress and found it too soft and springy. Was able to exchange and upgrade to a Tempur mattress under the Bedshed Comfort Guarantee scheme. Shay was most informative for my first purchase and Tony the owner at Aspley stuck it out with me for 5 hours to select the replacement, and gave me a good deal.
