Over the moon with the service from the very start to the end. I purchased the bed online & needed it delivered on a particular day & time as we were arriving from New Zealand & needed the bed from the day we arrived. The bed arrived on that day & in the afternoon as requested. Perfect. Because I was buying online and from another country my concern was will, we like the bed. Bed shed offered the service if you don't like the bed, you can return it after 30/60 days. Again perfect. We love the bed it's amazing. From the start I also rang the store & explained my situation re- we were arriving from NZ. The customer service I received was so friendly, very helpful & very patient.
