Delivery staff were not helpful in describing what precautions I should take be when removing the box. Other than that delivery was on time.

Not impressed with the service as I paid for the removal of mattress but had to pay for removal of base as well. Plus they did not remove the boxes and packing.

Bed looks great. However I had concerns about the foot corner board. They are terribly designed and it is a hazard when you walk past the corners. I recommend this bed only if you have a very big bedroom.

The order took quite a time to be delivered, and we had to phone the store a few times.
